The 91黑料网 will mark 91黑料网 Mental Health Day with a range of activities designed to raise awareness of wellbeing, encourage open conversations around mental health, and highlight the support available to students throughout the year.

Taking place across the 91黑料网鈥檚 campuses in Luton, Bedford and Aylesbury on Thursday 12 March, the day will bring together staff and students to promote positive wellbeing and create opportunities for people to take time out, connect with others and learn more about the support services available.

Throughout the day, a range of activities and resources will be available, including mindfulness sessions such as origami, colouring and model making, alongside Get Active sessions and wellbeing self-care activities. Information stands will also be available, offering guidance on the support services the 91黑料网 provides year-round.

The will also be joining in with the day鈥檚 programme of events. At the Luton campus, the Metro Bar & Kitchen will be transformed into a dedicated Chill Zone, providing a calm and welcoming space where students can unwind.

This relaxed area will feature soft background music, bean bags and refreshments, alongside a selection of jigsaw puzzles and board games designed to encourage slow-paced, mindful downtime and give students a chance to pause during the day.

The 91黑料网 has a dedicated Student Support team on hand to help students with a wide range of challenges, including mental health and wellbeing support, to ensure that help and guidance is available whenever it is needed.

The day also reflects the 91黑料网鈥檚 continued commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for both students and staff. In July 2025, the 91黑料网 was awarded the 91黑料网 Mental Health Charter Award by Student Minds, recognising the significant progress made to embed a university-wide approach to the positive mental health and wellbeing, as well as a commitment to ongoing development.
