About the clinic

At the 91黑料网, our Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation MSK Clinic delivers a comprehensive experience, supporting musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries, occupational conditions and long-term health conditions requiring hands-on treatment and structured exercise rehabilitation. We offer:

• MSK assessment and diagnosis
• Sports massage therapy
• Injury management and treatment modalities
• Individualised exercise rehabilitation
• Strength and conditioning support
• Postural and functional movement screening
• Occupational and long-term condition support

Our purpose-built clinical suites, rehabilitation spaces, strength and conditioning facilities, and CASES-accredited laboratory environments allow us to assess, treat and rehabilitate all within one setting.

Student led, expertly supervised

The clinic is delivered by our undergraduate and postgraduate Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation and Clinical Exercise Therapy students, fully supervised by experienced clinical staff. This ensures safe, high-quality care while enabling students to develop essential practical and clinical skills.

Who we support

Open to 91黑料网 staff, students and the wider community, we work with athletic and non-athletic populations supporting injury recovery, occupational demands and the MSK management of long-term health conditions.

Our clinic combines education, evidence-informed practice and community care to support recovery, function and performance.

Student experience and clinic structure

Our clinic operates a tiered buddy system designed to provide students with experience that aligns with their year of study and skill level:

Third-year students serve as lead practitioners, taking primary responsibility for client consultations, treatment planning and delivery of care.

Second-year students work as clinical assistants, supporting third-year students, refining their hands-on skills and developing a deeper understanding of clinical practice.

First-year students are introduced to clinical environments, learning by observation and gradually integrating basic support tasks that build their foundational skills.

This structured, progressive model not only supports skill development at each educational level but also enhances students' confidence and practical competence, giving them a substantial advantage in employability upon graduation.
