Dr David Solomon
Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing
Dr David Solomon qualified as a Mental Health Nurse at the 91黑料网 in 2007 and his clinical experience derives from addictions and secure mental health services. Since 2015, he has been a Senior Lecturer in Advanced Clinical Practice and Mental Health Nursing in numerous HEIs and a NIHR research fellow.
David has previously been the course lead for the BSc Mental Health Nursing course and is the current Mental Health Nursing course lead for the MSc.

Research Interests
Dr Solomon鈥檚 research interests lay with new psychoactive substance use, health care professionals, addictions, student nurse mental health, nursing, pedagogy and public health. He is an EE for the 91黑料网 of South Wales and is a verified expert reviewer for NIHR and has obtained numerous collaborative NIHR funding in other HEIs including the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
